Our Returns Label service can be used once per order for your convenience.
For Exchanges
We charge £4.00 for this service, when the item has arrived back with us we will call you for payment before we send the replacement.
For Refunds
If a refund is required (either part or full) then £4.00 will be deducted from the refund as payment for the label.
For Faulty or Incorrect Orders
This must be pre-arranged by emailing sales@tackshop.co.uk .
Further Information
Please ensure you complete our Returns Form and enclose this with the parcel. This can be found on the bottom half of your invoice.
