If Shoes need to be returned please ensure they are unworn and unmarked, that they contain the original packing and the box and labels are intact otherwise the return maybe refused.
All items must be returned in the original and suitable condition for re-sale, with any associated products, tags and boxes intact. We will reject returns that are not in a suitable condition for resale. Boxes should not be re-taped or have any labels attached to them.
