Decided that an item isn't quite you? Return your item using our Royal Mail return service for just one fixed cost of £3.99. To make things as easy as possible, we will simply deduct this amount from your refund.
You have up to 14 days to decide if you would like to return items for a refund and 28 days for an exchange or e-gift card as long as the item is in unworn condition and with the original labels still attached. Just return the item to us along with the completed returns form.
Please note that until we've signed for your items in our warehouse, the goods are your responsibility. Please make sure you've packaged them securely to avoid any damage in transit and that you've obtained proof of postage. For our full Returns Policy, please visit our website.
