Dear Customer, thank you for your order. We are sorry you need to return this order to us, but we are able to provide you with this FREE returns label for you to attach to your parcel, and simply take to your nearest post office. 

You will receive a receipt for the item which contains a tracking number so you will know when we receive your package. Upon receipt of your package we will take the appropriate action (refund or replacement item) within 48 working hours.
