Thank you for using our Tracked returns service. The cost of this service is a flat fee of £3.50 and will be deducted from the refund of your returned item. If you are returning an order because it is faulty in some way, then of course there would be no deduction for the return label. We will process refunds and/ or replacements where applicable within 4 working days of receipt. Please note goods must be returned in original condition and packaged securely and include a copy of your invoice/delivery note for identification. We cannot be held responsible for returned items damaged in transit. Goods returned after 30 days of receipt will not be credited.
