Create your returns label for GS Equestrian
• 1) Scroll Down and follow the instructions to generate your postage label, filling in the appropriate information as you go. Your order number is on the sticky label, enclosed in your parcel.
• 2) Package up your item for return and include the sticky label with a note requesting either your exchange or refund required.
• 3) Ensure that the item cannot be damaged in transit and has all of its original packaging in a resealable condition.
If necessary any boxes can be wrapped in a plastic bag. PLEASE DO NOT Stick labels or tape to any of the items packaging or boxes.
• 4) Attach the return shipping label securely to the outside of the packaging.
• 5) Take your parcel to the Post Office where you will be issued a receipt containing your tracking number. Please keep this until your items has been exchanged or refunded.
• Once we have received your product exchanges will be processed as below:
• - If the item is in stock at our warehouse we will endeavour to get the item shipped the same day or within 1 working day.
• - If the item is out of stock at our warehouse then we will order the item in and this we expect to arrive with us within 1 to 2 working days.
• - If in the unlikely event our supplier does not have the item, we will contact you directly with further information.
• - Refunds will be processed within 2 working days.
