Create your returns label for DeMellier London
Items can be returned up to 28 days from the date of receipt for a full refund as long as the item has not been used. We aim to process refunds the day we receive them, however please allow up to 3 business days for refunds to be credited to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation from us once your refund request has been processed. Attach your label to the front of your parcel - ensure it’s packaged securely and take it to your nearest post office.
