Create your returns label for Heat Treats

Thank you for shopping with us; to help us provide the right label, we need to know more about what you're returning and why. When returning an item(s) please ensure it’s packaged securely, attach your label to the front of the parcel and take it to your nearest post office. Be sure to request a receipt as proof of postage and make a note of your returns tracking number. Once received our returns dept will check the goods meet the requirements of our returns policy before processing a refund / exchange. When completed, usually within 3 working days, you will receive an email confirmation advising of the action we’ve taken. Please allow up to 5 working days for your bank to process a refund and 3 workings days for replacement goods to be delivered. Thank you for your cooperation.
