If you are exchanging your item, you will not be charged for the label. Please include a note with your return indicating your new exchange requirements.
To return or exchange your order, please follow the steps below to generate your label and attach your Royal Mail Tracked Returns Label to the front of your parcel and take it to a post office. Please ask for a receipt for your parcel which includes your tracking number.
Returns/exchanges are accepted unworn, with tags still attached and in the condition they were received in within 30 days of receipt of goods. Please ensure items are packed to avoid damage. Refunds/Exchanges are normally processed on the day returned or within a few days but this can occasionally take longer during busy periods. Funds will be refunded via your original payment method. We will notify you to let you know when your refund/exchange is on its way.
