Create your returns label for People Tree

To help everything run smoothly, please:

1. Complete the returns section of your Delivery Note and enclose it with your item(s) inside the package. If you don’t have a Delivery Note any longer, you can get a blank Returns Form online at peopletree.co.uk/shopping-with-us/returns

2. Print off the pre-paid Royal Mail label from this site and attach it to the outside of your package. We love it when you recycle packaging, but please make sure any old addresses are covered up!

3. Take your package to any Post Office. They’ll give you a receipt - please keep it until we’ve confirmed receipt of your package. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to process.
