This service is for UK based customers only, non-UK customers should contact returns@kapowtoys.co.uk

To return your order please package the item(s) securely and attach the Royal Mail Freepost label to the front of the parcel then take it to your nearest Post Office.

At the Post Office please request a receipt as proof of postage and keep a record of the tracking number.

Boxes larger than 61cm (L) x 46cm (W) x 46cm (D) and/or heavier than 20kg fall outside of Royal Mail restrictions, in this case please contact returns@kapowtoys.co.uk.

We aim to process refunds and exchanges within 3 working days (Monday-Friday) of receipt, however this may vary during busy periods.

You will receive an email confirmation once your request has been completed.
