Create your returns label for AllSaints
To return your order please print & attach your Royal Mail free post label to the front of your parcel.
• Please ensure it’s packaged up securely and take it to a Customer Service Point, Post Office, Parcel Postbox or arrange a Collection.
• No printer? No problem. Show the Royal Mail team your email label or QR code & they will take care of the rest
• You will need to retain your post office receipt as proof of return.
• You can track your parcel online using the Royal Mail Track and Trace service.
• UK returns made using the Royal Mail freepost label may take 3-4 working days to be delivered to us.
• Please note the Medway Mail Centre is not the final destination, and will take a minimum of 48 hours to be delivered to our AllSaints warehouse.
• Returns are usually processed within 3-5 working days, this extends to 2-3 weeks during busy sale periods.
• You will receive a confirmation email once your return or exchange is processed.
