To help us give you the right label for your item, we just need to know a bit more about what you’re returning and why. For most items you won’t need to worry about its size and weight, but to avoid the Post Office refusing your return, we need to double check.
Be sure to request a receipt in exchange for your parcel as your proof of postage and record of your returns tracking number.
We will process refunds and exchanges within 72 hours of receipt (this may vary during busy periods), and you will receive email confirmation once it is processed.
