We will process refunds and/ or replacements where request within 3 working days of receipt. You will receive email confirmation from us once processed. Please note goods not required must be returned in original condition and packaged securely, then take it to your nearest post office. Be sure to make a note of your tracking number and request a receipt in exchange for your parcel at the post office. We cannot be held responsible for returned items damaged in transit if there is insufficient packing.
