We deals with a return in 7-10 working days from the date your goods were posted back to us. You must obtain a receipt for your return package at the Post Office counter, which can be used to track the item(s) you are returning, should for some reason they not arrive at our warehouse. We unfortunately cannot accept liability for returned goods that we don’t receive, or for those that get damaged in shipping on their return. Please note goods must be returned in original condition and packaged securely.
This service is for returns which have been pre-authorised and we have agreed to pay the return postage (for example where we are at fault) and you have been directed to visit this page. If you require any assistance please contact us through sales channel. For other returns you may use this service but we will subtract return postage cost from your refund.
