AUTHORISED RETURNS ONLY – You must have one of our RMA numbers to use this service. If you do not have an RMA number the return will be void and you run the risk of the item being lost. In addition, there will be a £5 charge if you use this return without an RMA number provided by us. By using this service without an RMA number you agree to these terms. Returns with our RMA number will incur no charge unless agreed otherwise. When we receive the item, our returns department will confirm that everything is present. We process refunds / replacements as quickly as possible and you will receive a message to notify you when the return has been processed or with further instructions if necessary.
