Please return an item in the original state as it was received (unused, with all tags attached in the original packaging).
Please remember that you have 30 days to return item from the receipt date.
Please attach your information (original invoice received from us) with the item the reason why you are returning it. If you do not have a copy of an invoice present please include your name, address and reason for the return.
As soon as we receive an item and it fulfils above conditions we will process a refund for the item alone.
All custom made items are NON-REFUNDABLE!
