Create your returns label for TBCo
What a shame your order wasn’t quite right. We’ll ask you a few questions to generate a pre-paid returns label for you to get this back to us, and we’ll be able to refund or exchange it for you.
Pop the label on the front of the parcel and return this to us via the post office. They’ll give you a receipt with tracking, so please keep hold of this as proof of posting.
Our warehouse team are usually pretty quick at booking in returned parcels, but we’ll send you an email to confirm when this happens and also when your refund or exchange is processed.
