We're pleased to offer a hassle-free returns service through Royal Mail. If you need to return an item, simply use this portal to generate a returns label or QR code. You can drop your parcel off at any Royal Mail Post Office or Customer Service Point.
If you're returning items due to a reported fault, please ensure they are returned in a resellable condition where possible, so we can test them. If items are found not to be faulty, you agree that the return postage cost will be deducted from your refund. A restocking fee may also apply in such cases.
Please note: We cannot refund any items that have been printed on or used, regardless of the reason for return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or replacement as quickly as possible.
