If what you have ordered doesn’t fit your bike/model/year please provide as much information as possible so we can help provide you with the correct parts & update our information for future such as bike brand, model name & year, frame material (carbon or aluminium), internal or external routed cables in your headset and chainset/crankset brand/model.

We offer a 14 day returns policy, valid after the day on which you receive your goods. If your return reason doesn’t match any of the options from the drop-down list just choose Other & provide as much detail as possible. Once we receive your return we will either issue the relevant refund, send out a replacement/exchange or get in touch with you for more details. You refund can take a few days to show on your specific payment option.
