Thank you for shopping with Eterna. Orders can be returned within 30 days of delivery, and all items must be unworn, in their original box, and with labels attached. To process your return, please complete the return form included with your order or download one from our website, and use this portal to generate a return label through Royal Mail. A £5 return fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of return shipping. The item will be inspected and we will process the return within 5-7 business days of receiving the item, and refunds are made via your original payment method. If you have received the wrong item or the item is faulty, please email us with your order number at team@eternasport.com.
