We will process your refund/exchange within 3 working days of receipt. Please ensure you fill out our Returns Form to ensure we can process your order. Attach your label to the front of your parcel - ensure it’s packaged securely and take it to your nearest post office. Be sure to make a note of your tracking number and request a receipt in exchange for your parcel.
