This service is solely for the return of giffgaff broadband equipment. If you are returning a Mobile Phone please book a return via your giffgaff account & follow the instructions on your Return Confirmation email.
To return your Broadband item complete the form below, you then have three options:
1. Show your QR code to your nearest Royal Mail Post Office where they can print your label for you. You can then attach it to your parcel.
2. Print the return label yourself, attach your Royal Mail Freepost label to the front of your parcel and take it to your nearest Royal Mail Post Office.
3. Book a Royal Mail collection using details from the label provided. Please note collection charges are at your own cost.
Please note that the QR code and label will be sent to the email address provided below. Please ensure the email address provided is correct.
Ensure everything is packaged securely and be sure to request a receipt in exchange for your parcel, as proof of postage and record of your tracking number.
