We offer a 14 day returns period for all items purchased from naiabeach.com for UK-based customers. We calculate this from the date the order was dispatched.

After Naia Beach receives your return, it may take up to 15 business days for it to be processed and your refund to be credited back to the original payment method. Please note that the refund timeframe may vary depending on the payment method and processing times between payment providers.

Returns are charged at the cost of £7.50 for postage and reprocessing. The £7.50 charge will be deducted from your final refund.
