• Exchanges Are Free: If you’d like to exchange an item, it’s completely on us—no fees involved! Please use the below returns form and fill in our online exchanges form here

Using Your Own Return

• If you decide not to use our returns portal below, that’s no problem! Please note that a £1 handling fee will still be deducted from your refund.
• Large Items & Massage Pads: For returns of Massage Pads or parcels exceeding the dimensions below, we kindly ask that you use a courier equipped for larger items, such as Parcel Force.
