If you haven’t already done so, to return your product to ResMed free of charge, you will need to complete the following steps:
1. Log in to your ResMed shop account
2. Go to “My Account” then “My Orders”
3. Select the correct order by clicking on the “Details” button.
4. Click on the “Return Order” button to generate the RMA number.
5. Complete the fields in the form below to organise your return

IMPORTANT NOTE: We cannot accept returns on the supply of sealed products which are unsealed after delivery due to health protection. Additionally, if you purchased a product as part of a bundle or a pack, you must return all products in their original packaging, unused and undamaged to receive a full refund. We are unable to process partial refunds for products that are purchased as part of a bundle or a pack.
