Please use this service to send us your items to be repaired. If you do not already have an order reference please visit our website and create one before sending your parcel. You will then receive an order confirmation with your order number. Please remember to also include your details inside the package so that we can easily identify you.

Please do not use this service for standard order returns as it will be delivered to a different location and will delay your return.
