To return your product to us, please print and attach the free post Royal Mail label to your parcel and take it to your nearest Post Office. Don’t worry if you don’t have a printer, you can show the email label or QR code at the counter. Please hold on to your Post Office receipt as proof of return.

Once we receive your parcel, your refund will take 3 – 5 working days to process.
