Please follow the steps below to enable us to process your return efficiently:
• Please include a note in the package with the RETURNS AUTHORISATION NUMBER, your original delivery address and please provide a reason for the return.
• Wrap the item securely in its original packaging with all warranty cards, licences, manuals and accessories.
• We will notify you via e-mail when we have processed your return - this may take up to three weeks.
• We would recommend sending this from the Post Office and obtaining a “proof of postage” for your records as we can only refund items that we receive back and will not take responsibility for any items lost in the post.
