Returning your item is simple! Just create and print your returns label at home, then drop it off at your local Post Office® branch. We'll make sure your return is fully tracked on its way back to us.
No printer? No problem! You can generate a QR code on your phone, and the Post Office will print the label for you.
If you have any questions, or if the item you're sending back weighs more than 20KG, feel free to email us at customerexperience@clearcycle.co.uk and we'll arrange another return method for you.
